Gavriel provides excellent service! He is sweet, professional, highly skilled, and very honest with his pricing, which was very reasonable. His shop is in the basement of the mall; you’ll see it right in front of you as you head downstairs. This is officially my go-to place for all shoe, bag, and belt repairs. Thank you, Gavriel!
I was in dire need to add holes to my belt while working. Gavriel was closing shop when I got there, but he stayed to help me out. He didn't have to stay, but his commitment to his customers is excellent. I'm not from the neighborhood, but if I ever have any repair for my leather goods, I olwould definitely stop by.
