5 stars ain't enuf! When my 100-year-old mother couldn't work the lock on her front door, Bob went out to see. He could have easily recommended a replacement, a repair, pretty much anything. But he didn't. He oiled it up for her, showed her how to use it and accepted a big hug as thanks. From one (now former) New Yorker to another, you won't find better, or more honest support. And, at the end of the day, isn't that what's so sorely missing often? Thank you for the outstanding service.

Leo, from SpectrumLocks was so helpful and honest. I was referred to him this evening as my key was stuck in the cylinder of my apartment door. It was 8:20pm and I called and he was willing to drone to my house to help me out. He then suggested I FaceTime him so he can actually see the lock and key that I have. He was able to tell me two steps to do to get the key out of cylinder!!! It worked! He saved me time and money. You don't run into people like is anymore, and I feel lucky to say that I did!!
