He installed a water cut off unit that connects to wifi and the Internet to inform me if there are problems, so the main water input can be shut off.
He also connected up a dehumidifier unit in the cellar that drains out to the sewer.
And he extended our natural gas out to the backyard, so we could stop having to refill propane tanks.”
