“Had a broken shut off valve to our outside water along with a broken spout outside. Water was flowing out full force. Had to shut off the water to entire house in order to stop it. Citywide was great! Kept us updated as far as when a tech would be able to get to us afterhours. Once he arrived he was fast and we were very happy with him and appreciated him coming out at 11:30pm after he already ended his shift. My aunt used them previously and was also happy & recomended them to us. We will definitly use again if needed.

“I can’t recommend this service enough. I had a backup in my basement at 10pm at night. I scheduled a service call online for first thing in the morning. They actually called me that night and offered to come right then but I decided to wait til morning. Ben arrived during the scheduled window. He was so nice and professional. Quickly resolved the problem and scheduled a follow up call for them to inspect the mail line with a camera and for restoration services to come that day to assess the flood damage. Great customer service. Great experience all around.“

“Gramman was amazing and we'd highly recommend them.

We've had ongoing issues for months with our Bosch boiler, and were getting messed around with by multiple other 'Bosch Certified' plumbers who were either inexperienced or incompetent, which was costing us time and money. The problems built up and it got to the point where we were without hot water for almost 2 weeks. The other plumbers were horrendous with communication, rude on the phone, lied about timelines, and treated us terribly, not to mention misdiagnosed the issues multiple times.

We finally decided to start fresh and luckily we found Gramman. Marialana (hope I spelled that right) was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and understood the hard time we'd been having, and arranged to have someone there the next morning.

Rob came on time, and could not have been better. He was highly competent and experience, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He immediately discovered some issues and was able to get the unit back up and running, something multiple other plumbers failed to do, and he provided a clear and fair price for the necessary fix.

“I called HG plumbing after 5pm one evening and my parents had a new toilet installed less than 24 hours later. They came and evaluated the situation early the next morning and managed the process of purchasing and installing a new toilet within the day. They were very nice and responsive discussing the options of repair versus replacement and answering all of my father's questions (previously a handyman who would have done this all himself)“

“I contacted Liberty Drain through a recommendation from someone who had used them for a drain assessment solution. TJ from Liberty arrived on time and we consulted a bit and then he went right to work! TJ went through all of my gutter leader drains to ensure there were no blockages. These drains were all buried under ground. He sent cameras in to search for blockages and also to let me know where the drains are actually flowing to! Everyone needs to do this if they are a homeowner or a new homeowner to ensure that water will not back up into your house! Thankfully, everything was all clear as this was a proactive visit and TJ explained where all of my roof and house perimeter water flows to! If you have septic, sewer drains, or clogged drains call TJ he is the man who will solve your problem or keep you from having any water back up problem! “I live in a prewar building. The gas had been turned off in my unit for 10 to 15 years, and I had been looking for someone to help me through the difficult process of turning on the gas with conEdison. I had originally gone with someone who tried to take my money and who took over two years to basically get nothing done. He couldn’t even get the process correct.

When I contacted Evangelos, he was swift and professional. He came to look at the work to be done, gave me a quote, and he got everything done within three weeks. This includes getting permits, appointment appointments with the DOB, and getting another appointment with ConEd. Everything was brought to code and Evangelos double checks everything—which I was so thankful for because gas is very serious in NY

Evangelos is incredibly thorough and very communicative, as was Tina, in his office. On a personal note, Evangelos is on time, respectful, and an extremely kind individual.

“My hot water heater sprung a leak on the afternoon of July 3, meaning that I was not going to have a repairman come until Monday. At 8 am Monday morning I called a firm with whom I have transacted in the past with excellent results, Sampson Plumbing and Heating. Their two plumbers were here by noon. Not only did they fix my water heater, but they repaired another half dozen problems with my plumbing that I had put off for the last year. Their work was fabulous, everything installed as I asked for, everything worked perfectly. Nice fellows with excellent personalities, I really felt that they were prioritizing my interests while they were here. “I had a tricky plumbing problem with my boiler and a few other pipes in the house. I had a couple of plumbers try to figure it out before, but when Stanley from Around the Clock Plumbing came by, he really took the time to get to the bottom of everything. It took a couple of visits, but he managed to fix all the issues we were having. The cost was very reasonable for the great service provided. They don’t do a lot of advertising, but if you need a reliable plumber who gets the job done right and on schedule, I definitely recommend giving them a call.“
