At around 7 PM that evening, Josh let me know that getting me in the next day was looking difficult, but rather than just leave it at that, he offered to come by himself and shut the water off so the leak wouldn’t continue. That level of customer service really stood out to me.

The next day, around noon, Josh reached out again to let me know he thought they might be able to make it later that day, and he kept me updated until the timing was confirmed. The crew ultimately arrived right around the 4:30–4:45 window they gave me.

The installation crew was excellent. They were on time, professional, efficient, and extremely clean. Even when some water got on the floor during the installation, they asked me for a mop so they could clean it up themselves. Once the job was completed, they walked me through the installation, explained the new water heater, and answered all of my questions.

From the initial estimate to the communication, scheduling, installation, and cleanup, the entire experience was excellent. Josh and the Arco team genuinely care about their customers, and that was evident throughout the entire process.
