“I have used LaPans from 2008-2009, they did my original install in my new home . They did a great job with the complete install. Their price was competitive with other Companies.
There staff was outstanding through the entire purchase and install. The owner himself came and checked the job, which I thought was unusual but very satisfying!

Flash forward to 2024, I had some Air-conditioning issue so I called another company for repair, I spend over $2,000 on repair that worked for 6 months, I reached out to LaPans to price a new unit, I was happy with there response time and Price for a new unit. They were hired to install a new unit and coil inside the home, all went well and I was very satisfied with their tech, Corey who was a remarkable young man with some real talent for HVCC. “These guys are amazing! I found Bell Energy Systems Team on Yelp when I was searching for companies that could replace my 20yr old furnace and AC. Let me give you a quick background: Since this is my first house and my first time replacing the furnace and AC, I wanted to get 5 different quotes from different companies around Saratoga so I would have plenty of choice. I got the exact same story from each company - they would come in to my house for 5 minutes, look at my furnace for a second, then they'd leave and I'd get a quote to my email like a week later...then I'd never hear from them again. I felt like this was as "good" as it got - no one really cared about my business and I would be stuck with trying to find the "least horrible" company. Then, I contacted Bell Energy Systems and everything changed. I worked with Nick at Bell Energy - he was incredible! I called him to ask for a quote and within an hour he was over at my house walking me through what I should be considering. He took extra effort to explain all of the options I had, why going for the ultra-expensive units was a waste of money, and helped guide me to the perfect unit. Before I decided to sign the contract with Nick, I emailed him about 15 different times and he replied back within a hour or two (even at night and on the weekends) - amazing responsiveness!! Nick's pricing was ultra-competitive and he ended up giving me the best price by far! I got the exact brand and unit I wanted for a price that I couldnt believe! When the install day came, Nick and his team were here right on time. They were incredibly professional - I have a newborn baby and his team make extra effort to be quite so they wouldnt disturb the baby when he was sleeping. They left the basement cleaner than how I had it before they arrived and they were done quite quickly. Nick took me downstairs and showed me everything they did, what I should be aware of, and how to ensure everything stays in top condition. He even gave me the install guide (100 pages), with his highlights throughout to show how he tuned the system - WOW!!! After the installation my wife had a question about the system and Nick came over the next day to show her how to configure the thermostat. Hiring Bell Energy Systems Team was by far the best decision I could have ever made. I got exactly what I wanted, for an amazing price, with the best customer service (pre and post sale) that I have ever received. “I called Yancy's on one of the hottest days of the summer when our central air failed. We received a quick call back from a technician named Rick explaining he would come at the end of the day. I knew they were most likely swamped and didn't really think much of it when it was past 6:00 PM. To my surprise I received a call back from Rick around 8:30 PM. He apologized and came right over. The technician Mike was great in his evaluation of what the problem was with the furnace in my house. He explained every step that he performed and was very knowledgeable of our unit.The other guy Alex who came when the part came in...and let me say that was a very fast turn around when the part was ordered on Monday...it came on Tuesday and Alex came over over way ahead of the scheduled time to replaced the old "inducer" with a new "inducer".
