I was looking to replace a 29yr old furnace. I had 3 estimates. Excellent presentation from Devin, very informative. The installation went very smooth (sorry can’t remember names) the guys were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I think my basement was cleaner when they left. Thank you also to the staff in the office who helped with scheduling and rebate paperwork.

Huge thank you to service manager Tim. We had no heat on a holiday weekend. He was the first to call us back after leaving messages with 8-10 heating companies. We had heat within 10 minutes of him being here. Jack Hall will be our only call from now on!

The entire staff at Jack Hall Plumbing were tremendous in accommodating my heating needs with a new furnace. Devin was an excellent salesman and explained all the items needed. The installers Dane and Tyler worked diligently for two days removing the old and replacing the new furnace. Their service is second to none! I highly recommend Jack Hall Plumbing.
