“To be honest I didn’t really trust all the good reviews (I’m jaded by working as a construction project manager for several years) But these guys really did a fantastic job. I had a pretty complex install with a ducted minisplit under a bed loft with the outdoor unit on a hill. They really knocked it out of the park. It took a little longer than planned but that was fine because they stopped when they realized they didn’t have a very unique ducting transition needed to make a clean install. I would prefer this any day over them just slamming it in to get done and then being unhappy with it the rest the systems life. With the current federal and NYS rebates I cant recommend Mitsubishi hyper heat minisplits or this company enough! These systems really do make good heat down to single digits (the coldest I’ve tested so far)“
