Air conditioning wasnt working. Andrew came and gave me 5 options and left it up to me to decide. The option I chose solved the issue and a year later the system is still working. He explained it was no guarantee at being a long term solution but still it was fewer than one tenth of the cost of a new system. I appreciate his approach and his workmanship.
