Rick replaced our old furnace with a Navien Combi unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our options. His price was very fair and he had it installed in a reasonable amount of time. The system works great! A few weeks later, the hot water tank in my mothers house, leaked all over the cellar. Her furnace was also very old so I called Rick. Despite the fact that his family was due to go on vacation very shortly, the day before they left, he spent 12 hours installing the same unit at this house just so we would have hot water. We loved working with Rick. He completed a very large heating and air project for our home in the Adirondacks. He installed several heat pumps, mini splits, a furnace and an AC handler. He did it with professionalism and despite facing a few unexpected challenges worked hard with us to stay within the initial estimate he provided. We interviewed several other AC companies and they all sent out their sales guys to oversell us for more than we needed. Rick was honest and straightforward. We highly recommend this company.

We just purchased our first home and didn't realize it until a few months after moving in that our hot water tank was 18 years old. We were recommended to call Yancy's to get a quote and I am so happy we did. He came in under what all other places were charging for a hot water tank replacement. He was able to replace and fix our hot water pipe connecting to our tank in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was super impressed with how fast and efficient they worked.
