I called to set up a time to get a proposal on complete replacement of 2 commercial refrigeration units. He answered with "Precision Refrigeration, make it quick" When I told him my name and where I was from he said "talk faster, I'm on a job and probably shouldn't have answered my phone." If this is the kind of customer service he provides, he should probably close the business. I immediately said "Nevermind, sorry to bother you with potential business" and hung up. I wish I could give negative stars.

The owner of this company nearly killed me in his company vehicle yesterday because I broke in front of him. He is extremely unprofessional and deserves to be fired. I called the company to hopefully speak to a manger, but he answered and started screaming I was a "***** and an "ugly b****** I proceeded to contact the Colonie police about this but they did not want to deal with it. After further investigation of this company, I found that this man has a long track record of road rage incidents according to people on Facebook. I would never give this business my time of day because of this and I truly hope this man gets a sense of reality before he kills himself or someone...read full review
