We have multiple repairs and installations performed Cerrone's since purchasing our home a little over 3 years ago. Every one of them has been a positive experience, with friendly staff both in the office and at our home, and clean professional work done each time.
Our most recent job replaced a 45-year-old boiler furnace and hot water tank with a high efficiency Navient combi unit. The attention to detail in the completion of this job is truly remarkable!
Last year we had a new cold air return installed for the forced hot air furnace on the second story of our home. This caused an unexpected problem, creating a negative pressure in our master bedroom that pulled half of the ceiling tiles loose. This was not something that could have been predicted and Cerrone's had it fixed within the week at no cost to us and with no questions asked!
This company provides fair prices, prompt, professional service, and outstanding customer relations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and they will continue to provide for my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future!
