“I've been a patient since brookhaven gastro opened. I started w dr berman until he retired and now w dr pilia. Dr pilia is outstanding as he listens to you and he is a perfectionist w scoping. The only drawback are the medical assistants. The office manager should fire all if them as they r on their cells texting and do not pay attention when u call. The office assistants are terrible. Lack of communication.“

“If not for Clara in front back office and dr odekon it would be less stars. They are beyond amazing and they care they help me when they don’t have too even. I just truly appreciate both of them at this office. They are the few who truly care still in medical world. I see so many drs and offices too I’m very thankful for them. Clara needs a raise she’s just always always for years been there for me when no one else would help me she will. Need more people like them. I’d be so lost without their help. Hire more like them please. We need people who see us and want to help because they care. Long wait for appts but that’s normal for most doctors offices. 1 hr after appt is average wait time for myself. Always parking near by too. I owe them cupcakes or something my next time in they have earned them.“

The ladies, ESPECIALLY Evelyn are kind to me, and offer me assistance as I am disabled. All the ladies at the front desk are kind and I have never had trouble.
I don't know where others are saying bad things about the ladies, but as for me, the are top notch.“
