Great South Bay Family Practice in West Sayville is one of the best doctor/patient experiences I’ve ever had. The office is efficient and organized. Flow up and follow through are excellent. Communication is outstanding. I am a retired RN and praise does not come easily. Dr. Adhara Haque and NP Dian Dryer are knowledgeable, compassionate and excellent practitioners. I know my health concerns (and that of my wife’s) are being addressed with the utmost professionalism. This practice is a hidden gem within the Catholic Health Organization. Thank you. SP

I go and see Dr. Jasmine for primary care, and it's always a pleasant experience. They take my insurance, the wait times are usually good, and the staff is all pretty nice. They have check in kiosks now which are super helpful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ebarbs for at least 20 years. I love him, the BEST doctor in the practice. He is always spot on with his diagnosis. The ladies, ESPECIALLY Evelyn are kind to me, and offer me assistance as I am disabled. All the ladies at the front desk are kind and I have never had trouble. I don't know where others are saying bad things about the ladies, but as for me, the are top notch.
