My husband has been here a few times before, and was pleased, despite a couple of long waiting times during Covid. He went again at the beginning of the month with what he thought was a bad cough. The doctor was great, they had his chest x-rayed, and he had pneumonia. She immediately sent us up to Stony Brook ER, since he has records there, and he was admitted. I ended up with a bad cough, too, so I went to CitiMD about a week after him. Was my first visit and the desk staff were polite and pleasant and very helpful with registering. My daughter and I were both sick and seen by Sarah the P.A she listened to us and cared about us… when i called to explain that i dropped my daughter’s prescription and it smashed because for some reason this prescription comes in a glass bottle!.. she believed me and helped me to get a new prescription… thank you to Sarah the P.A and the staff at City md.

Update: Oct 2023-Dr. Andrew Mapley, Erin the Medical Scribe, & the wonderful Rad Tech, this ones for you!These 3 are absolutely amazing. They were concerned about my issues and took the time to hear me out, as my symptoms were progressing and I was feeling awful. Having them listen to my concerns and questions made me feel so much better. So I would like to thank these 3 personally ♡These providers are great. I wish that they could be primary care because they are so helpful and kind. They were trying to set up a STAT appointment for me for Zwanger for an ultrasound and Kesha was so lovely who called all over the place trying to find a location that can accommodate...read full review
