The staff was very patience kind and excellent bedside manner. The PA was awesome , forgot his name but he explained everything with a calm voice. And the girl who drew my blood was fantastic! This is what keeps up your mental and physical well being. I'm not as nervous now. Thanks to you all!
I was a bit nervous after reading the other reviews, but my experience was quite pleasant. I did wait a while, but I was prepared to do so as I was told I could be there 30 minutes to 2 hours when they called to schedule me in. I'm assuming the wait is just a matter of accommodating different testing that is needed for each individual.Wait aside, everyone I encountered was cheery and more than happy to help me. The woman who took my blood was empathetic and kind, and gave me the post pain-free draw ever. I always bruise, but not this time! The doctor I met with was fantastic, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know.
Pre operative screening is a necessary part of any surgical procedure.The advantage of this location is that parking is easy rather than at the Hospital itself where parking is ever close by.
