Gotta be honest been going here for a few years and honestly it has gotten worse and the billing the running between office the waiting is just terrible thats why Dr Azazs office gets 1 star. Def find a better office.

This practice is a joke. Last time I took a Covid test I didn't get my results back for a MONTH. Took another one last week and can't even get a call back at this point. They told me they already have my results, but REFUSED to tell me if it's positive or negative, only that someone who deals with test results will call me back to have a conversation about it. OUTRAGEOUS! Days later I'm still waiting and can't get anyone on the phone. They DO NOT CARE about their patients. Worst practice I've ever been to. I won't be going back again.

WORST medical facility... ever. Was COVID tested 12/21.... It is 12/27 and still no call back or results posted on their terrible portal. NY DOH contacted me via text to let me know today that I need to quarantine because I have a POSITIVE TEST. Still nothing posted on Island Medical's website. The Ronkonkoma phone number hangs up when you try to speak with someone. DO NOT GO here-- they cannot properly staff and should not be testing people if they cannot follow through and provide results within a reasonable amount of time.
