I have a difficult time scheduling and often have to reschedule due to a very busy life and they are so easy about it, respectful and always get me in !! They are professional, knowledgeable and kind- Doesn’t get better! This is the place to go for all of your dermatology needs“

However I’ve seen other NP’s there before if she is busy and everyone has always been super nice and seem like they genuinely care to help you not just blow you off like some doctors. They are also usually pretty fast to call you back if you message them or leave a message which is always nice!“

“I have had a great experience there. I started going there after Cleveland Hill Medical group closed. I had a great experience with Patricia Whistler and followed her over. Staff has been great and return calls with in a reasonable time considering how busy Dr. offices get. If you want a great Primary Care office I suggest here. If you want to compare experiences please try Highgate Medical and you will understand just how good this office is!“

She is so kind and she was able to get our doctors office to finally send over information we have been asking them to do for weeks. Aretha called them and got them to send it within mins, and she called me back immediately. She is wonderful and so kind and can tell she is an asset to this office.“
