Very good. Patient, informative, kind, understanding. Made good attempt at e planning things to me. Great "bedside manners" in explaining the procedures before rhe procedure so I wasn't startled by it.
Dr Ball was so very patient with mom. She was very kind and quite a blessing to mom as she was able to get ancient hearing aids in a usable condition for mom who had lost both of her hearing aids. If you require kindness and patience set up your appointment with Dr. BallThanks again
Dr. Ball and the entire staff at HES are amazing. Being a younger female with a hearing impairment, Dr. Ball helped me find the best hearing aids for me that are also aesthetically what I wanted. I always feel safe and comfortable in the office and I know that HES is always working in my best interest. If I could give 6 stars I would!
