They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. “I did not purchase my glasses from Walmart vision Transit Road Williamsville but stopped in to ask that 2 pair of glasses be readjusted. I was waited on immediately by the manager (Maureen?) Who proceeded to fix both; the Ray Ban sunglasses were in real bad shape after I sat on them! She fixed both but when I asked cost she said no charge. I tried to tip her, but when refused. She was so pleasant! I will definitely go there the next time I need new glasses.”
