I dropped a box on my glasses and broke one of the arm. I was so worried because I didn’t have any extra pair to use it, it would’ve ruined my whole 2-3 weeks until I get my new pairs done. I went to couple different place but they wanting me to buy $100-$200 pair for new glasses to be done on same day and told me that my glasses couldn't be fixed which was completely false. But thanks to Troidl Optics, I went there hoping that it can be done in 2-3 days and be cheaper. But they proved me wrong, they fixed the arm just UNDER 15 MINUTES!!!! With little to no cost!! Outstanding experience. I had a pair of broken sunglasses that I needed fixed. I had taken them to two other eye repair places who were unable to help. Triodl was able to fix them in under an hour! And! They replaced my lenses, which were scratched. Such a great experience. Everyone I encountered on their team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Eric is very personable and easy to talk to. The front desk however, has been dismissive and difficult to get information from. I've had to escalate those concerns to Eric to get the information I needed. They unfortunately no longer take Care Credit. Therefore, take note of that for financing as prices are much higher in comparison to online and/or corporate options.
