While there may be some variations in service quality, overall, Troidl Optical is highly recommended for its quick, affordable, and reliable repair services.
The nicest guy, replaced my lenses in Randolph Engineering sunglasses and fit them to my face. They have a toy area and were so patient and sweet to my 2 year old. I will definitely be back. Such nice people.
I dropped a box on my glasses and broke one of the arm. I was so worried because I didn’t have any extra pair to use it, it would’ve ruined my whole 2-3 weeks until I get my new pairs done. I went to couple different place but they wanting me to buy $100-$200 pair for new glasses to be done on same day and told me that my glasses couldn't be fixed which was completely false. But thanks to Troidl Optics, I went there hoping that it can be done in 2-3 days and be cheaper. But they proved me wrong, they fixed the arm just UNDER 15 MINUTES!!!! With little to no cost!! Outstanding experience. I had a pair of broken sunglasses that I needed fixed. I had taken them to two other eye repair places who were unable to help. Triodl was able to fix them in under an hour! And! They replaced my lenses, which were scratched. Such a great experience. Everyone I encountered on their team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
