Eye To Eye Optical Inc.

Frank is fantastic! Great communication, he always answers his phone and keeps you up to date with your order. He has a great selection that arrive to his shop quickly. I moved 3.5 hours away and still come back to get my glasses and eye exam from Frank. His services are excellent

I have done business with Frank for going on twenty years now. At one point I gave one of the "cut rate" optical stores a try and what a mistake that was!! Because Frank is a sole business owner it is impossible for him to compete with cut rate stores on pricing. He just doesn't do that kind of business volume. But what you DO GET with Frank is excellent PERSONALIZED service and UNMATCHED QUALITY in his products. He treats every customer like they are family. You just don't get that kind of service and quality from high volume stores. Frank goes above and beyond ANY of his competitors as far as carring and service. For gosh sakes, he once met me at a TIM HORTONS to fit me for my glasses because of my crazy work schedule at that time!! Frank is the consummate professional with old time values and service! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH FRANK!!

This has been the absolute best pair of glasses I have ever owned. My previous prescription was done through a virtual optical store, and the results were far from what my prescription actually should have been. I knew something was wrong, which is what led me to Frank, and it was the best decision I could have made.

Frank is incredible and truly takes the time to make sure everything is right. He also takes the time to teach you about your glasses and how to properly care for them—something no other optical place I’ve been to has ever done.

I will most definitely be returning to Eye to Eye Optical. Thank you, Frank!
