“We were so very impressed with Ballard-Durand. They are truly top notch, five star, and absolutely the best.
From the very start of the process - picking out the casket, to the end - the internment, they were with us every step of the way. Helpful, respectful, supportive, caring and understanding. They really take care of everything which is so important since when people are grieving it’s hard to manage things. They even thought of bringing white roses to the cemetery, which we had forgotten, so we could each give a rose to Dad as he was buried.

Also the after care service that is included
helps with things like closing accounts, locking down the deceased person’s credit so his identity can’t be stolen.

“A beautiful well kept location with plenty of space. They handle only one service at a time which makes the viewing feel more intimate and personal. “I had purchased a granit gravestone and had my deceased daughters picture engraved on it, from Westchester Memorials in Hawthorne, NY. It was delivered in excellent conditions to Ellenville, NY. In just the first couple of days of it's delivery I had many compliments on it. It's one of the most beautiful stones in this cemetary. I will attempt to download a pic of it below.
