We had an outstanding experience with the service provided to us. From the first phone call the kindness and sympathy expressed to us, specially I will like to acknowledge Courtney Britt. She was excellent, she provided all the information needed and more. Every ask was fulfilled to even changing the color of the lipstick. It’s the little things that make a difference. I can’t thank the entire staff at Higgins that helped us during this difficult time. My mother in law had a beautiful service just like she deserved. I couldn’t have asked for more.
My mother and father have used Higgins in the past for the funerals of my grandparents. Unfortunately, my father passed away August 21, 2026 & we had to go through the process of funeral arrangements. From the minute I called them to arrange for my father’s body to be moved, they were extremely professional and gentle, kind and courteous. We placed the call around 3AM and were met with alert, caring and compassionate employees. The next day we went to the office and sat down with Kourtney to make all the final arrangements. She is extremely kind, patient and compassionate. She went through all that we needed and did it with so much professionalism.
