“I've been using Stanley Steemer for 20+ years. I have two small dogs that don't always like to use their Wee Wee pads. Stanley Steemer always gets the stains out. “Unfortunately I had a pipe burst earlier this year. The basement was flooded & we discovered an underlying asbestos floor that had to be removed. I called several companies that offered this service but I was having a hard time finding one I liked until I called Flag Enterprises in Lindenhurst NY. Tom & everyone in the company that I dealt with was so nice. Tom explained the 3 day process to me so I knew what to expect. He was very patient & caring unlike the other companies that provided no answers. When the job began they came on time each day. They were courteous, neat & respectful of my home. They even put up a plastic barrier preventing my cats from entering the basement. They removed benches, shelving & everything needed to access the entire floor. They removed all the asbestos successfully & then cleaned up the floor finishing it with a coat of gray paint. They made easy for my contractor to lay down a new vinyl floor. They were a pleasure to deal with & I would highly recommend their services.“

“We had the boiler break down and start flooding the basement. To make matters worse it was a Saturday night and trying to get anyone on the phone for help was next to impossible. I was referred to to Restoration 1 from friends who used them and they did not disappoint. When I called Alex, he was a huge help and was a calming professional voice during a truly stressful time. He was able to get to my house with all the needed equipment quickly to start the clean up and start drying out the basement. When he heard of the difficulty getting a plumber on the phone to get the boiler fixed he was able to get me in touch with one for the fix. Alex stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process until the last piece of equipment was taken out of the basement and they felt satisfied the basement was properly dried out.“
