We had a flood in our basement from the oil burner. Ryan and Lola are the nicest people and I can't thank them enough for their immediate response, professionalism, caring and wonderful crew. Alex, Mike, John, Ellis & Chris went above and beyond for us. After experiencing a leak from a busted valve on our boiler they immediately came to help with dehumidifiers followed by taking up the floors and putting fans on all wet spots. They were very thorough throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step. If you’re looking for a team to calm your nerves in a time of emergency I would absolutely recommend Restoration 1!
Amazing experience with Rest 1. From beginning to end, Alex and his team, Mike, John,Ellis, Chris, Peter and Christian were all kind, professional, hardworking, thorough, etc. This job couldn’t have gone better which isn’t always the case with home restoration/construction companies. Cannot recommend Alex enough. Very honest and reliable.
