SERVPRO of Port Jefferson/Stony Brook
“From their quick response, knowledge, professionalism and compassion we can’t say enough good things about Pete K, Nico and their team! Pete quickly responded when we called late on a Friday afternoon, immediately assessed what needed to be done and stayed onsite until Nico and his team arrived. Nico and his team immediately set up dryers and dehumidifiers working until late Friday night and were back right on schedule to complete the needed removal. Because of their quick and thorough work, they made sure we’d have no further damage. They answered all our questions, were professional, organized and very competent. Pete stayed in contact and checking the progress making sure everything that needed to get done did. Pete, Nico and the entire Servpro team truly made a horrible situation so much less stressful. Thanks to the great experience with Pete, Nico and their team we would highly recommend Servpro if any of our family or friends ever need restoration services.”
