I was referred to to Restoration 1 from friends who used them and they did not disappoint. When I called Alex, he was a huge help and was a calming professional voice during a truly stressful time. He was able to get to my house with all the needed equipment quickly to start the clean up and start drying out the basement. When he heard of the difficulty getting a plumber on the phone to get the boiler fixed he was able to get me in touch with one for the fix. Alex stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process until the last piece of equipment was taken out of the basement and they felt satisfied the basement was properly dried out.“

Setting up appointments is easy, he communicates the night before to confirm, arrives promptly, works hard and completes the job thoroughly. When the job is complete he leaves everything as it was, the carpets are slightly damp and he advises us on when carpets should be well dried.
