Greatest people. I have a habit of testing small businesses to see their quality & service. When I say that these guys DELIVERED, I MEAN IT! 10/10 service & craftsmanship! Would recommend them 100%. They came in, fixed my lock & door frame. Installed a fresh lock, the guy told me they could do my Range Rover key as well. I paid WAAAAAY less for it & gave them business.
Really great experience, I needed a replacement lock, the technician was very accommodating, he met me at the store at my convenience, even though the store was not open. I called several other locksmiths before Kensington and no one else could help. I will call them first next time I need any lock related service.
Quick, professional, seamless communication, solid work and they gave me 3 keys for the mail box. We needed the work done asap and they delivered. Great price and they were flexible. Great attitude. I appreciate you guys!! Thank you!
