“When our organization needed to put an addition on a house we went through 3 other builders who all backed out or ghosted us before we went with a "real" professional contractor. Peachtree exceeded our expectations at every step of the way, in every part of the process.Brian, our project manager, was easy to work with and talk to and kept us up to date with honest info every step of the way. When we had concerns about the quality of some of the subs' work, he usually had already noticed and was already on it, and if not he agreed and got it taken care of.I remodel houses for a living and expected any builder to use low quality builder grade materials. I was pleasantly surprised that they used Advantech flooring and other high quality stuff and the insulation and other work was all well done. Alex (the lead carpenter) and the other guys were conscientious, professional, and easy to work with and talk to.I renovated the kitchen, took out a bearing wall, did electric work and our volunteers painted and did other work while Peachtree took care of the addition. The residents moved in before the addition was complete and Brian and Alex somehow took all of this in stride!In a world where dealing with GCs is a challenge at best and a nightmare at worst, Peachtree was an amazing exception.
