With all this recent rain, Has contributed to a high water table and I got water in my basement for the first time in 23 years. I called Barry for help he had taken a change in his schedule so he came out found an obstruction in daylight drain between outlet and check valve once cleared, The water Flow increased. I had never needed a sump pit or pump in my house. Since we just accepted a contract for selling our house, the buyers asked us to put a sump pit in sump pump so we obliged Barry got to work and finished it in a timely fashion.
