The Reynolds Group was absolutely great from my first call to inquire about a pellet stove right through the installation. Donna, Ed, and Matt are all very knowledgeable about the products and were a pleasure to deal with. They responded promptly to messages and Matt and Zack did a wonderful professional job on the installation. Matt provided a great walk- thru of operation and maintenance of the stove before they left. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

My husband and I purchased a pellet stove from the Reynolds group about two years ago. They were right on schedule and very professional. Coming in installing. We recently had a noise coming from our pellet stove. I called and spoke with Donna in the office. Today they showed up to fix it and it is running absolutely great. There was a loud noise. One of the combustion fans went. Thank you for your help. I appreciate the warmth.

I purchased a gas stove from The Reynolds Group and it was recently installed.Airin and Zach did an outstanding job installing the stove. They protected my floors with rugs, installed the stove, cleaned the area when completed, and explained the operation of the stove and remote control. They were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and I am more than pleased with the work they did. And it looks fantastic! Great job, guys!Matt educated me about the products they carry, and helped me make an informed decision on which stove would be best for me.
