RedRock did an amazing job with our new kitchen backsplash. Bernie is super responsive and even went to bat for us when the handmade tile we ordered arrived warped and unusable. He went above and beyond to get us our money back and order new tile that would actually work. Quick and willing to squeeze our smaller project in on a weekend made our life so much easier. Now I have a completed kitchen that I’m in love with! Will be calling them for future projects without a doubt.
RedRock Finishes is the best company that we have ever hired! We had our whole Kitchen, Guest Bathroom and Laundry room completely redone from top to bottom! It was a pleasure to work with the owner Bernie! He was there from start to finish to oversee the jobs. Steve and Dewey are the nicest, young gentleman! Originally responsible to Demo Laminate Countertops/Splash Boards, Rem Sink/Faucet, Garbage Disposal & Drain. They quickly overcame poor previous install. Then, Replace &/or Reinstall all items after New Countertops/Splash Boards.
Willingly advised on a few job shortcomings & several flaws that otherwise would negatively impact quality. They nonchalantly replaced damaged items & took corrective actions to rectify other’s work more than once. Coordinated replacement of faulty parts & made several returns to ensure total completion. Put all finishing touches into job w/o asking & made everything esthetically pleasing.
