Anthony was excellent, letting customers know when he was on his way. He inspected the property and did a thorough job sweeping for cobwebs and bugs, then treating the property with spray.
Fox/Anthony came out on Saturday to take care of bees - which we saw on our patio near our sliding glass door. Anthony treated that area and then inspected our property. He found the hive in our gas meter and treated that area. By the end of the day we saw no bee activity on our property. A great job by Anthony. Fox is a great service, with fabulous support and high value. Highest recommendation.
Jose was very friendly and thorough with his examination of our property. Our original call was for carpenter ants. He later explained what he found and showed me specifically where there were issues. He spotted and took care of a yellow jacket nest which I wasn’t even aware of being there.
I called and Malik was here 2 days later. He did a good job. He was fast and explained everything he did. It will take a few days to see if the treatment worked.
I can’t answer the cost for this. I pay a monthly fee with special visits included. Overall I was happy with the service and the tech.
