Jones Services
“At my request Jones Services sent a technician (Butch) to assuage concerns I’d had with water dripping from my home’s Mitsubishi air conditioner unit. He evaluated the installation and explained the nuance of the machine’s normal proclivity during extreme warm weather.”
Astar Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
“We wholeheartedly endorse Astar for water softening solutions. Our experience began with Jeff Abraham, the sales associate who conducted a thorough water test at our home. He provided an in-depth explanation of the product, addressing all our questions and concerns. Scheduling the appointment was effortless, and we were able to secure a slot within a few days. The installation team, comprising Leo Garcia and Ricardo Castillo, did an outstanding job explaining the system and demonstrating exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and care for our property. A week later, Leo followed up to ensure the water softener was functioning correctly. We highly recommend Astar for all water softening and heating and plumbing needs.”
