By far the worst customer service from any business I've ever had we were without heat for 5 days this guy orders the part tells me it's going to be in at 9:00 at night. the part.came in at 10 am same day . When we attempt to get the technician to come out there was no response from the owner then the technician just shows up at 5:00 in the evening when I contacted the owner to request better notification the owner states he works on his time not the customer's time .I do not recommend unless you want to be cold for 4 or 5 days
