Exemplary service. I was saddened when TT wasn't in network for my new insurance last year. I returned this summer with new insurance. After making a purchase of frames and prescription lenses I had to call the next day for questions on the invoice and insurance. Unfortunately it ended up being too pricey in my current budget and we cancelled the order. About a week went by I saw my insurance claim was cancelled but no refund from the bank, figured just taking a few more days. This evening I got a call from Cari (worked with me on my purchase) confirming my cancelled order and she needed my card info to refund.
