Exemplary service. I was saddened when TT wasn't in network for my new insurance last year. I returned this summer with new insurance. After making a purchase of frames and prescription lenses I had to call the next day for questions on the invoice and insurance. Unfortunately it ended up being too pricey in my current budget and we cancelled the order. About a week went by I saw my insurance claim was cancelled but no refund from the bank, figured just taking a few more days. This evening I got a call from Cari (worked with me on my purchase) confirming my cancelled order and she needed my card info to refund. I've been going to Thomas Turtle for a while now - whether it's for an eye exam or to get new contacts. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable when visiting. I just went for an eye exam today and it went smoothly. They don't say "Trust your eyes to the turtle" for nothing! Thomas Turtle has multiple locations in the Buffalo area - check them out online!

Take my daughters there on Monday, for a eye exam, pick out new glasses. The eye doctor was super friendly, made my daughters feel comfortable, make them laughed, and the stuff is very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who have children.
