The Dr was very pleasant and professional and gave me great service and advice. Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful on helping me pick out glasses and making sure I was informed. He was extremely personable and pleasant as well. I had a great experience!
I have been a customer of Target Optical for years. I appreciate the convenience of location and the selection of frames. Mostly though, I return because of the service I receive from the Optical Team Leader at my store, Ms. Latisha Harris. She is professional, kind, and for years has helped me pick out frames that suit my face and style.
Outstanding experience. Dr. Bench is top notch and Gary and Latitia excellent. From selection, to purchase and follow-up service. I got something on my lenses and could not get it off. Stopped in and Gary took care of it promptly for no charge! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my vision care.
