Our technician, Kevin, was outstanding and very friendly! All issues resolved in a timely manner. Rainbow Air, located in Niagara Falls, appreciated the quick resolution to our problems!
We had Michael come out to help, when our AC went down. He had to make two separate trips to our home, and on both visits he was professional, friendly, informative, and knew what he was doing. We sincerely appreciated all he did. Service above and beyond!
