My 9 year old daughter who loves dance went for a trial session. A few minutes after we got home, out of the blue she said "mom, I feel stronger and more powerful." Signed her up that minute. Also, lovely people, trainers and nice facility.
My 6 year old started taking classes in August and already I see a different in how he carries himself and in his self-confidence. Now, my younger son (3yo) has started and he is already taking to it. The instructors are kind, firm, and clear in their directions. Would heartily recommend.
After around 2 months of foundational jiujitsu classes multiple times per week I feel confident in saying that this is the most welcoming, inclusive learning environment I’ve ever been a part of. I’m delighted to be building my jiujitsu practice here.
