Alex was able to explain to my architect about the dust contamination during renovation inside the newly installed heating and cooling units and duct work throughout the house. Update, a year later I had Iceberg Mechanical Corp. install two units each on my ground and parlor floors. I was impressed with how hard and diligently the crew worked to make the installation. They were very responsive to answering my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way and making adjustments per my requests re wall placement of the units. Paul Hamel was very responsive to all my emails, concerns and questions and re inter-facing with his work crew. Zaza, the Iceberg contractor who restored the holes in the walls and painted the walls after the installation did excellent work. He was also very helpful in working with me to restore the breadboard in the 1/2 bath removed to get the conduits to the compressor in the backyard, to its original construction. I am especially pleased to use the Mitsubishi app for controlling all the units.“
