I had to cancel a few times due to illness and family emergencies, and I was met with kindness and grace; they even honored a previous price I was given! During the actual service, the technicians made sure to ask me questions if any additional fees might need to be added before starting, walked me through what they did, and gave me the opportunity to check thoroughly to make sure what was done was to my standards. They even wore shoe covers as to not track dirt through my house which is a huge PLUS for me because it’s consideration that counts. Finally the actual service was beyond my approval, my couch looks as good as when I first purchased it and smells fresh.
