Ali came out Aug 2, cleaned carpets, wonderful job, the carpets smell great Ali, was able to remove a coffee stain and a dog stain, carpets look like new. I will be requesting a return trip for my patio hopefully next week if they are available.

I called on a Saturday morning, spoke to a human (not an AI-bot) who was very accommodating and customer service driven. I was able to get an appointment the following day. I then asked if possible if they had anything later that day and she reached out and was able to schedule someone the same day!! WOW. We received updates as to our technician arrival and John our technician also called to give his ETA. John was exceptional and did a wonderful job.
