I have never been so happy with my hair! Lilly did an amazing job! After years of not trusting a hairstylist and cutting my hair at home, I've never had a better experience getting a haircut. My hair falls so naturally and the experience was fun and comfortable. She perfectly communicated what she was doing with my hair, clarified what I wanted, and gave me advice on my current routine. I could not be happier!

I have been bouncing hair stylists since I moved to Brockport 5 years ago, and getting my hair cut has always been a chore I dread because I don't know what I'm going to get, despite asking for the same, simple thing every time (long layers, face frame). I'm used to having exactly 2 good hair days after a cut until I start wearing ponytails again.
Anyways, I don't know what exactly she did to make the difference but I had my cut 3 weeks ago and I still love it- my hair feels like me. The cut brought out my natural waves, but they aren't unruly or wild. I'm able to confidently keep my hair down and it is staying out of my face.
