Level1pc rescued me from the Geek Squad. Level1 has removed the inferior software/ malware protection, installed by the "other guys", installed better protection for our computers and preformed all needed up dates quickly and concisely.Geek Squad caused me to make appointments with long waits at the store for my, so called appointment and return 3 times to fix the same issues.I recommend Brian at Level1pc as a full service and reliable operation to use for your computer needs.

I can't say enough good things about this business that hasn't already been posted. Trustworthy, yes. Reasonable cost, yes. Nice and patient when you are stressed over a computer with problems, yes. Competent and experienced yes. I especially appreciate being older and not tech saavy his ability to communicate that is understandable and doesn't roll his eyes if he asks a question about your system stuff and you say " I don't know" Second time I have needed his help and second time he has gotten me up and running again in no time! I have used several other places and technicians over the years including the dreaded remote work techs and he is just the best in all ways....read full review

If you're having computer problems, Level 1 PC is the answer! I downloaded the Zoom app on my laptop for an upcoming meeting and couldn't get the camera to work properly. After 5 - 6 hours of trying literally everything I could think of, I was at my wits end and finally made the call to Level 1 PC. Brian was awesome and had the issue fixed quick! I don't know what I would have done without him! Don't waist hours of your life like I did. If you're having any computer problems, this is your guy!
