“I have used Chris on several occasions and every time I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Chris is hardworking, honest, neat worker, and also a really a nice guy. He really knows his stuff. He also knows how to do it right, and doesn't shortcut things.He's done all the jobs that I've asked him to do and while working on a job, if he sees something that doesn't look right or thinks it should be replaced he'll point it out and provide options. His pricing is fair, and he does great work and stands behind it. I feel like he treats every job as if it was his own house, I think he takes great pride in his work and it really shows. He just does the right thing. He'll take a shortcut if you ask him to, but he'll tell you why you shouldn't do it and what you should do instead.I trust his opinion, I'm very satisfied with his work product. While I would not hesitate to call him again if I need any work, I hope not to have to see him for a while. “I recently had a very favorable experience working with Clover Heating and Oil in resolving an issue with the oil-fueled boiler for the steam radiators at my property at 38 Longview Ave., White Plains, NY, 10605. The boiler was shutting off after brief periods of operation, and replacement of several parts of the pump yielded no long term solution. Clover Owner Anthony Marmo at this point thought outside of the box and consulted with manufacturers of the unit to learn of an unusual but occasional occurrence of Seized Fuel Units. Clover installed an additional and redundant filtering device, and the boiler now works perfectly. Throughout my work with Anthony, with Bridgette and Samira of the dispatching staff, and with Alex and Manny, the on-site technicians, I found Clover to be prompt, responsive, expert and patient in explaining and solving the issues and deciding the courses to take. “For a scheduled Sunday call regarding a shower drain backup. ( non Emergency). I was scheduled for a 4 Hour window from 8am to 12 pm. I received a call from dispatch at 8:00 am and told my tech was on the way. At 9:15 Miguel showed up. Miguel explained clearly the price ( higher than expected). Not his fault. He did except my online coupon. Well it was a tough clogged.too some time , But Miguel got it. He cleaned up after and we talked about prevention techniques for my clog. I am very happy with the Sunday service I got. Miguel was professional and courteous to my time and space.“

“I had a problem with my sewer line that was causing a back up and a gurgling toilet. I called one company to come and take a look and they snaked the line but were not able to clear the line. They suggested that I replace part of the line. I had some doubts about that recommendation and reached out to Emergency Sewer & Drain. Juan and Esteban came out and were able to clear the line with the water jetting. They left my sewer line in perfect working order and saved me thousands of dollars. During that time they have responded same day to emergency calls, serviced heating systems and appliances, replaced water heaters and repaired leaks.Recently I made the mistake of using a _different_ local plumber who was top rated on Google reviews. That plumber made errors in repairing my gas heating system which ultimately led to a gas leak in the house. They came out 3 times to try and resolve it, and were useless.I called Cross County who quickly identified and fixed issues with my gas line. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and diligence they demonstrated in the repair.They are not the cheapest, but the work done is of a uniformly high standard. When it comes to issues involving water and _especially_ gas inside your house using a budget plumber is risky.
