This is the second year in a row that I hired Koala to improve the insulation in my home. First was a small bathroom that was super cold during the winter - well, not anymore :) - and now they insulated my attic, which in the summer was always 100F degrees or more and now stays in the 70-75. They are great and I definitely recommend you hire them if you are looking for insulation improvements in your home.

I let both go too long and thought it might not be possible to fully clean them but Mario worked his magic and took his time bringing both the siding and stone back to looking new!! The Molly Maid team is fantastic. I don’t have a weekly service because I don’t need one but when I call them they come- no questions asked usually within a day. They walk in the door they know the job they need to do they get to it and they do it well.

I also enjoy her calm energy, which is so important when trying to relax during treatment. This is a new place so it's very clean the massage was extremely Professional.the workers listened to what I needed because at my job I work very hard and my body needs Special attention. I have used Chris on several occasions and every time I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Chris is hardworking, honest, neat worker, and also a really a nice guy. He really knows his stuff. He also knows how to do it right, and doesn't shortcut things.He's done all the jobs that I've asked him to do and while working on a job, if he sees something that doesn't look right or thinks it should be replaced he'll point it out and provide options. His pricing is fair, and he does great work and stands behind it. I feel like he treats every job as if it was his own house, I think he takes great pride in his work and it really shows. He just does the right thing. He'll take a shortcut if you ask him to, but he'll tell you why you shouldn't do it and what you should do instead.I trust his opinion, I'm very satisfied with his work product. While I would not hesitate to call him again if I need any work, I hope not to have to see him for a while. I highly recommend Chris for your plumbing needs.Edited to add, The fact that Chris has 25 five-star reviews on Google and zero one-star reviews, where people are notoriously quick to post negative reviews is telling. He really is probably the best plumber in Westchester!

Lynda is wonderful! I can’t recommend her enough. She’s professional and fast, but thorough. She clearly explained the process and made me feel at ease. I saw results for my underarms and bikini after the first sessions. Bikini took about 5-6 treatments with fantastic, long-lasting results (going on 5 years). So glad I found her! She’s worth every penny.

My overall experience at Royal Nail and Spa truly exceeded my expectations. I took a break from getting my nails done due to damaging them from other locations. But I had an event coming up, so I wanted to treat myself.
All the staff members were extremely nice and accommodating. They completed the service exactly how I wanted it-in a timely manner.
The salon was clean and had a great atmosphere.
At most places, I leave regretting had spent so much money. But at Royal Nail and Spa, it was worth every penny!
I absolutely love how my nails turned out.
On top of this, my nails still feel strong and healthy.
I'll definitely be coming back!

I live out of state, but I knew when I was going to be visiting NY, my first stop was going to be Royal Nails & Spa. I absolutely love how my nails came out again.
This time I also got a french pedicure. 10/10!
The staff were welcoming once again and very kind. They took me in even though they were going to close soon; they took their time and did not rush the service at all.
I love the atmosphere and the overall setting of the salon- very clean, tidy, and cute decor.
I was very specific about what base shade I wanted rather than the typical french set. The best french nails I have ever gotten!
*the french nail photos were taken a whole week after I got them done. no chipping, no damage, still getting my money's worth!!*

For years, we relied on Ray of Westchester Gutter Cleaning, and when he sold the business to Ned's Home, we were a little apprehensive. We shouldn't have been. The level of service has remained top-notch. Our home is over 20 years old, with a steep, pitched roof that's a nightmare to work on, but the team handles it with incredible speed and skill twice a year. Recently, they've also helped us with some major upgrades to our aging gutters, which was a huge relief. We've since expanded our use of their services and are just as impressed. They do our window washing, dryer vent cleaning, and roof/whole home power washing at very reasonable rates. We love that we can bundle services and save even more. Highly, highly recommend!

When we were renovating our Kitchen, we searched high and low to find a particular floor look I had envisioned but couldn’t find anywhere. Terra was our last stop and should have been our first. We met Sophia Multari and she understood instantly the look we were trying to create. She not only had the flooring we were looking for but helped choose the backsplash, the cabinet colors and the countertop too. Terra has it all and Sophia is a brilliant designer. She also pointed us in the direction of their fabrication shop to find a very specific stone look we needed for our bathroom for the top of the bathtub & the saddles in the shower. I can’t believe the months of anguish we spent going to other places including stone yards for remnant pieces and other tile shops when all we had to do was click our heels and come to Terra Tile. Prices comparable and just not worth the headache of sourcing around when Terra has it all.

I’ve purchased two large HVAC furnaces from Carey & Walsh.
We purchased a wall mounted AC/Heater that worked excellent! Great installation and performance. Couldn’t ask for a better system or company to install and work with. Scott is a super nice guy and very conscientious.
Because of the great results we had with the first purchase, we selected Carey & Walsh for our second Heater, a boiler system. Weil McLain.
Scott and team did a great job with the installation. Went seamlessly. We also purchased two WiFi thermostats that also worked excellent.
We did have a glitch with the furnace a year later but Carey and Walsh along with the oil company resolved the issue. In fact, Scott Carey called me off hours to explain the situation and help me out.
I highly recommend Carey & Walsh for all your furnace & boiler needs. Please know the purchase doesn’t end with the installation and these guys do a great job on follow up.
