“This was my first experience with a broken water heater. I called Roto-Rooter yesterday and I explained that it was leaking and they sent over a technician right away. His name is Ernesto and he explained that I needed a full replacement and suggested the Bradford White model because it has better insulation and it also comes with a 6-year manufacturer's warranty. Ernesto's brother Miguel came first thing this morning and drained the old tank while Ernesto was picking up the new water heater. These two men were extremely professional and courteous and were very happy to answer all of my questions. Ernesto and Miguel we're such a blessing for me. I was extremely stressed out and anxious yesterday and now I am so relieved that they were able to help me and make sure the new water heater was hooked up properly and has all of the safety features that I need. “After three months of pure frustration, we finally have reliable hot water again.
This was my third water heater installation in three months, and the experience up until now had been exhausting. The first two installs were constant problems, repeat visits, and the stress of never knowing if the hot water would last more than a few minutes.
This time, I decided to go with a completely different installer and a different type of unit, and thank God I did.

“We have been using Blend Air Mechanical for many years, and recently had another great service experience with them! Mike (who always does an amazing job) came with his partner Collin, and the two of them did a GREAT job installing our new water heater from Blend Air, and then returned the following week to install our new KIND water purification and softener system for the entire house.There was a lot of plumbing involved, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me, how the system worked, how to maintain it, and change the filters etc. This normally would have been a 3-4 hour install, but Mike & Collin worked so well on the project that they did it in less than 2 hours!
