I have been using Cross County for over 15 years. During that time they have responded same day to emergency calls, serviced heating systems and appliances, replaced water heaters and repaired leaks.Recently I made the mistake of using a _different_ local plumber who was top rated on Google reviews. That plumber made errors in repairing my gas heating system which ultimately led to a gas leak in the house. They came out 3 times to try and resolve it, and were useless.I called Cross County who quickly identified and fixed issues with my gas line. My water heater broke , water was everywhere and I called John right away! Lorenzo, his son, was super friendly and professional. Prompt service, friendly and repairs where done in a timely manner!! I really appreciate when a business explains everything to the last detail! It really put my mind at ease and I and beyond pleased with the work!! I think the owner John and his team are the best. They do what they say and are really great at keeping you posted with updates. They recently installed a backup standalone generator in my house and their work was absolutely top notch. Outstanding workmanship.
