“The facility was clean, a lot of the reasons to bring your child to this facility were not in use due to covid, but all in all, it was a great experience for my 7 year old daughter. I would definitely recommend this practice for children.
Another time: I had an emergency and Winning Smiles got me in 8am next morning, such thoughtful and kind staff, heads above the other practices I've been to throughout my life.

Just had a dental emergency and they scheduled me within 4 hours, handled the issue with great care and rapidity...I honestly and sincerely recommend this practice to anyone I care about.

“For the most part i would agree with the reviews the hygenist are wonderful, the rest of the staff is great. The female dentist i question she did fillings on my back 3 molars, and that was 6 months ago, and they still don't feel like they are shaped properly. And I've never had to have blood pressure checked and be on antibiotics for 2 weeks before having a tooth pulled before. Its almost a week later from having a molar pulled she during the proceedure she was less then pleasent the way she was working with tools and not asking if the music she had playing was ok with me. I've had several teeth removed, and never a week later have my gum line, socket surrounding teeth have still been so sore im taking meds and iceing still daily. I would go back to the hygenist but i will be looking for a new dentist to do the remaining dental work.“

“Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! My son plays travel hockey and took a cheap shot on a faceoff, it chipped his front tooth. Where do you find a dentist on a Saturday morning willing to fix this? I called all the urgent dental care places in WNY to no avail. Dr. Bociechio took care of us. He doesn’t accept our dental insurance, but he was BY FAR the most reasonable and we were more than willing to pay out of pocket. The whole office staff was so pleasant and I am so grateful for them. We were in and out within 30 minutes, just in time to make his second game today.“

“I will say this a thousand times — if you’re looking for an orthodontist, look no further than Manzella Orthodontics. They are truly the best. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. The staff is welcoming, professional, and they do amazing work at an affordable price.

My daughter finally retired her braces for a pair of retainers. It was a long few years, but it was absolutely worth it. There is no other place I would have chosen to take her on this journey. From the second you walk in the door, you’re greeted with love and friendly faces.

The thing I appreciated most was the staff and how patient and welcoming they were with my daughter, who struggles with anxiety. They put her worries at ease and explained every single step along the way so she always knew what to expect. That meant more to me than they probably realize. Jen was also amazing when it came to explaining payment options and making everything easy to understand.

Recently, when we went to pick up her new retainers, there was a small mishap and they didn’t fit. Mistakes happen — it’s not the end of the world — but what matters is how it’s handled. Dr. Manzella felt so bad that he didn’t even count the retainers under our warranty and gave them to us completely free. On top of that, he included a whitening kit as well.

I’m so happy we found Dr. Manzella. He gave my daughter her confidence back and a beautiful smile she can truly be proud of. That kind of care goes beyond orthodontics — it changes how a child sees themselves.

“Dr. William Boyczuk and his staff treated my husband Mike with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and good cheer during Mike's tooth extraction. Dr. Boyczuk handled the procedure with great skill; the extraction took only a few minutes and Mike said it was virtually painless. The staff went above and beyond accomodating us after Mike's appointment when the wheelchair van we had booked for a return trip home (Mike is disabled) was running more than an hour late to pick us up, necessitating one of the ladies on staff to wait with us past the office's closing time!
